| Universal Health Care Group, a privately held managed care company, is in immediate need of a full time Member Services Representative to receive and processes calls from customers and serve as the end to end point of contact to resolve customer issues with impeccable customer service. The Member Services Representative will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of services rendered. The Member Services Representative must possess a High School diploma, or equivalent and two years customer service experience. The candidate must also have the ability to identify problems, analyze alternative solutions and take action necessary to resolve issue, must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and must be able to communicate effectively through oral and written methods to members, providers and internal customers. Qualifications: |
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Two years customer service experience required
• Healthcare experience, preferred
• Bi-lingual, preferred
Skill Requirements:
• Experience/knowledge of healthcare industry, preferred
• Ability to identify problems, analyze alternative solutions and take action necessary to resolve issue
• Good organization skills
• Good diction, voice quality and clarity of speech
• Must be able to communicate effectively through oral and written methods to members, providers and internal customers
• Ability to work flexible schedule
