Duties: |
| Sales Associates are responsible for generating their own leads and referrals. The ideal candidate is comfortable calling on human resources, senior managers and company officers to discuss the use of iApplicants and assessments to identify, develop and retain top performers. |
Qualifications: |
| College Degree. Significant prior experience in hiring, managing or human resources is required, with sales experience a plus. Must be organized and driven. Verbal acuity and professional bearing are needed to establish credibility with companies regarding their hiring practices and development of their managers. |
